1. Overview of Services

ShootXpress provides an online marketplace that enables clients to discover and book creative service providers and allows creators to offer their services. ShootXpress is not a party to any contract between clients and creators.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and comply with applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and are responsible for all account activity.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through ShootXpress. Clients authorize payment at booking; creators receive payouts after completion, minus platform fees. ShootXpress may withhold payouts for disputes or policy violations.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel per the creator's policy. Refunds depend on project type and timing. ShootXpress may mediate disputes and issue refunds at its discretion.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content but grant ShootXpress a limited license to use it for marketing and operational purposes. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Misrepresent identity
• Circumvent payments
• Post false or harmful content
• Engage in illegal or discriminatory acts

9. Dispute Resolution

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to support@shootxpress.com. Legal disputes will be handled via binding arbitration in the State of California under AAA rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

ShootXpress is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for service outcomes, lost profits, or indirect damages. Total liability will not exceed fees paid to ShootXpress in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold ShootXpress harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from use or content violations.

12. Privacy

Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how data is collected and used.

13. Modifications to Terms

ShootXpress may update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Termination

Accounts may be terminated for policy violations or misuse. Users may delete accounts by contacting support.
